1201 PREQUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS The Department will not require prequalification of the Bidders before submission of Proposals, but the Department may require a written statement from the apparent low Bidder before Award . If the Department requires a written statement, the statement shall include the following: (1) Bidder experience (2) Bidder certifications (3) Bidder licenses (4) The amount of capital and Equipment available for performance of the proposed Work
