1204 INTERPRETATION OF QUANTITIES IN BID SCHEDULE The quantities in the Bid Schedule are estimates only. The Department will use these quantities to compare Proposals in accordance with 1301, “Consideration of Proposals.” During the Project, the Department may increase, decrease, or eliminate quantities of Contract Items in accordance with 1402, “Contract Revisions”; and will measure and pay for accepted quantities of Contract Items in accordance with 1901, “Measurement of Quantities.”
