2123 EQUIPMENT RENTAL 2123.1 DESCRIPTION This Work consists of providing laborers and operating Equipment for Work required by the Contract, directed by the Engineer, and paid by the Department. 2123.2 MATERIALS — BLANK 2123.3 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS Provide Equipment as approved by the Engineer. Provide Equipment with rubber tires or smooth street plates when operating on bituminous or concrete surfaces.
