2390 COLD-IN-PLACE RECYCLED AND COLD CENTRAL PLANT RECYCLING BITUMINOUS 2390.1 DESCRIPTION This Work consists of the construction of Cold-in-place recycled (CIR) and Cold central plant recycling (CCPR) Bituminous pavement on a prepared surface.
