109 ACCEPTANCE, MEASUREMENT, AND PAYMENT 109.01 Measurement of Quantities. The Department will measure the quantities of Work and calculate payments based on the method of measurement and basis of payment provisions provided in these Specifications. When the following units of measure are specified, the Department will measure quantities as described below unless otherwise specified in the Contract Documents.
