(UTFCEM – Ultra -Thin Friction Course Emulsified Asphalt ) immediately overlaid with an ultra- thin bonded wearing course of hot -mix asphalt concrete ( UTWC – Ultra -Thin Wearing Course) in one pass of a single paving machine.
