Department acceptance and QA testing will not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for material or workmanship that the Representative determines is defective before the Department issues the acceptance certificate. Remove and replace or repair defective work as directed. The BOCM, CQAD will review Representative determinations of defective material or workmanship. Remove and replace pavement defective for pattern segregation as specified in Section 413 .3(h)3, for flushing as specified in Section 4 13.3(h)4, surface tolerance as specified in Section 413 .3(l) or Section 313.3(l) and depth as specified in Section 413 .3(m), or Section 3 13.3(m). Remove and replace pavement defective for percent within limits or Payment Factor Percentages as specified in Tables H and I.

3.a. Submit details of the proposed eTicketing system to the Department for approval at least 30 days before material is delivered to the project. Submission can be discussed during the preconstruction meeting and must be submitted through the PennDOT Project Collaboration Center (PPCC), using the “Material -eTicketing Producer and Software Vendor Contact Information” submittal, for coordination with producer and their software vendor. Form CS -9000 (eTicketing Producer and Software Vendor Cont act Information) must be included with the submittal in PPCC. 3.b. For eTicket system acceptance on a project, the asphalt eTicket must contain the following information:
• Engineering and Construction Management System (ECMS) Number
• Asphalt Plant Bulletin 41 Supplier Code
• PennDOT Material Type (ex. Asphalt)
• eCAMMS JMF Year
• eCAMMS JMF/Mix Design Number
• Plant Ticket Identification (ID)
• Date and Time Ticketed
• Unique Truck ID
• Gross Weight
• Gross Weight Unit of Measure (UoM)
• Tare Weight
