702.1GENERAL —Obtain asphalt material conforming to the requirements of Bulletin 25 from a producer

Retain the remaining one -third of each sample and submit the retained sample to the LTS whenever LTS releases a failed sample test result for the second one -third of each sample or whenever LTS requests the retained sample. The LTS will evaluate QC based on verification samples.
