Utah rule governing how utilities occupy state highway right-of-way: installation and design requirements, utilities on structures, utilities within access-controlled right-of-way, construction and inspection, maintenance responsibility, deviations and enforcement, consistent with 23 CFR 645.
Current rule effective December 2024. Codifies the former UDOT Manual for the Accommodation of Utilities.
