604.3Construction
604.3.1 General

Conform to the physical requirem ents for component materials as specified in 501.2 except furnish fine aggregate or a combination o f fine and coarse aggregate wi th a gradation that results in a grout with a consistency that allows c omplete filling of the riprap v oids.

The contractor may substitute class C fly ash for up to 30 percent of the required portland c ement. - Contains only enough water to a chieve a 3-inch slump. Any additional workability required to completely fill the riprap voids must be achieved with admixture without increa sing the w/cm ratio. - Contains 9 percent or more air for mixes with a nominal top s ize aggregate less than 3/8 inch or 7 percent or more air for a mix with 3/8 inch or larger aggregate.
606.3Construction
606.3.1 General
