Do you need a permit?
Baltimore requires a permit for a shed.
A detached single-story accessory building, used as a tool or storage shed, a playhouse or something similar, does not require a permit where its floor area stays at 120 square feet or less. An exemption from permit requirements is not permission to carry out work that violates the Building, Fire, and Related Codes of Baltimore City or any other law.
