Do you need a permit?
Henderson requires a permit for a shed.
Henderson Municipal Code Section 15.01.130 exempts a detached one-story shed, playhouse or comparable accessory structure from the building permit requirement when its floor area is 200 square feet or less. The same 200-square-foot cap applies to fabric sun shades and gazebos. Exempt work must still comply with the technical codes and other City requirements.
