1401 INTENT OF CONTRACT The intent of the Contract is to provide for construction of the Project and compensation for the Work in accordance with the Contract documents. The titles and headings of the various sections and subsections of the Contract are intended for convenience of reference. The Contractor shall construct and complete the Project in every detail as described in the Contract.
