1405 USE OF MATERIALS FOUND ON THE PROJECT The Contractor shall not destroy or use Materials found on the Right-of-way or on other land acquired for the Project for any other purposes than those specified in the Contract. The Engineer may authorize the Contractor, in writing, to temporarily use Materials salvaged for the Department from existing Structures. The Contractor is responsible for all damage to the Materials used temporarily.
