1902 SCOPE OF PAYMENT The Contractor will receive compensation provided for in the Contract as full payment for providing Materials and performing Work in accordance with the Contract requirements. This includes compensation for all risk, loss, damage, and expense incurred by t he Contractor for performing the Work required by the Contract. Payment is subject to 1720, “No Waiver of Legal Rights.” The Department prohibits the Contractor from accepting payment from any other party for performing the Work required by the Contract, including any Incentive or bonus payment.
