1907 PAYMENT FOR SURPLUS MATERIAL The Department will pay for Materials ordered for the Work, but not used, if the Engineer cancels a portion of the Work or the Contract, orders the termination of the Work before completion of the entire unit, or orders a quantity greater than the quantity needed for the Work, in accordance with the following: (1) If the Contract Item only includes providing and delivering the Material, the Department will pay for purchased surplus Materials shipped or delivered in accordance with the Contract at the Contract Unit Price (2) If the Contract Unit Price includes…
