1905 COMPENSATION FOR ELIMINATED ITEMS The Department will compensate the Contractor for eliminated items in accordance with the following: (1) For completed quantities of eliminated Contract Items, the Department will compensate the Contractor for the accepted quantities at the Contract Unit Price.
