and that conforms to the surface tolerance requirements of Section 501.3(o). Immediately after milling, remove milled material. Carefully remove the existing cement concrete material around utility facilities within work areas. Repair or replace utility facilities that are damaged by the milling operation to the satisfaction of the utility owner. Control the rate of milling to avoid tearing of the mat, or chunky and non-uniformly milled material. If directed, separate oversized and chunky milled material. Maintain the milled pavement surface free of all loose materials and dust before placing a proposed asphalt overlay.
