1602 NATURAL MATERIAL SOURCES The Department may list possible sources of natural Materials in the Contract, but does not warrant or imply the availability of sufficient quantities of acceptable Material in those sources . The Department may also list the same sources as a possible source for other existing or future C ontracts. The Contractor shall acknowledge the Department’s inability to ascertain from samples the limits for an entire deposit and shall consider variations as usual and expected.
