1609 DEPARTMENT-PROVIDED MATERIAL The Department will deliver or make available Department-provided Material at the locations shown on the Plans or in the Special Provisions. The Contract Unit Price for the relevant Contract Items includes the costs of handling, transporting, and placing the Materials. The Contractor shall take responsibility for Department-provided Material after the Department delivers or makes the Material available to the Contractor.
