1701 LAWS TO BE OBSERVED The Contractor shall observe and comply with the following, relating to the conduct of Work on the Project or to individuals engaged in Work for the Project or employed on the Project: (1) All applicable State and Federal laws and regulations (2) Orders and decrees of bodies and tribunals with lawful jurisdiction over the Work (3) Such local ordinances as are applicable to the Work, as determined by the Department The Contractor shall hold harmless and indemnify the Department and its representatives against all claims and liabilities arising from or based on…
