1709 NAVIGABLE WATERWAYS The Contractor shall not interfere with free navigation of waterways or impair existing navigable depths when performing Work on navigable waters, unless authorized by permit . For information regarding permits that are required for this Work, contact the MnDOT Office of Freight and Commercial Vehicle Operations.
