1713 FOREST PROTECTION If performing Work within or adjacent to State or National Forests, the Contractor shall comply with all regulations of the USDA Forest Service, State Fire Marshal, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry, or other authority having jurisdiction, governing the protection of forests and the performance of Work within forests.
