1716 CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR WORK The Contractor is responsible for the Work until the Engineer issues P roject acceptance in writing under 1516.2, “Project Acceptance.” The Contractor shall protect the Work against injury or damage from weather or other causes arising from the execution or non-execution of the Work.
