1721 AUDITS In accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.05, Subd. 5, the Department and the Legislative Auditor or the State Auditor may examine and audit the following for at least 6 years after the end of the Contract: (1) Books (2) Records (3) Documents (4) Accounting procedures (5) Accounting practices of the Contractor, Subcontractors, or suppliers Prosecution and Progress
