2535 BITUMINOUS CURB 2535.1 DESCRIPTION This Work consists of constructing a curb using bituminous Material. 2535.2 MATERIALS Use the same type of bituminous mixture for the curb as the type specified for the pavement wearing course in accordance with 2360, “Plant Mixed Asphalt Pavement.” 2535.3 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS A Tack Apply a tack coat as specified in 2357, “Bituminous Tack Coat,” on the pavement wearing course beneath the curb.
