2571 PLANT INSTALLATION AND ESTABLISHMENT 2571.1 DESCRIPTION This Work consists of providing, installing, and establishing trees, shrubs, vines, perennials, and turf of the species, variety, grade, size or age, and root category specified for the locations shown on the Plans, including planting or transplanting plants provided by the Department.
