SECTION 204 MOBILIZATION 204.1-DESCRIPTION: This work shall consist of the performance of construction preparatory operations, including the movement of personnel and equipment to the project site and for the establishment of the Contractor's offices, buildings and other facilities necessary to begin work on a substantial phase o f the contract. The bid for mobilization shall be a lump sum. When Item 204001 -*, "Mobilization", is not included as a separate bid item it is specifically understood that the cost of mobilization will be included in the unit bid price for each individual item.…
