Herriman requires a permit for a shed.
A detached garage, shed, pole barn or similar structure larger than 200 square feet requires a building permit and all required inspections. If the structure is 200 square feet or less but electrical, heating or plumbing is being added, an electrical/mechanical/plumbing permit is required instead.
