SECTION 211 — REMOVAL OF STRUCTURES AND OBSTRUCTIONS 211.1 Description. This work consists of removing items designated for removal in the contract. 211.2 Material. Borrow Section 1001 211.3 Construction. 211.3.1 General. A. Dispose of material in accordance with Section 202.3.3.
