Art. 609.02 Shoulder Inlets with Curb 548 609.02 General. All accumulated foreign material shall be removed from the culvert. Hydraulically powered equipment, high-velocity jet cleaners, mechanically powered equipment, or other suitable equipment and methods may be used. The Contractor shall take precautions in the use of cleaning equipment to prevent additional damage to the existing condition of the culvert.
