1507 UTILITY PROPERTY AND SERVICE 1507.1 GENERAL The Contract will specify the utilities affected by the Project. The Department will direct the utility owners affected by the Project to relocate or adjust their facilities and related appurtenances within the Project Site at no additional cost to the Contractor, unless the Contract makes the Contractor responsible for relocating or adjusting designated utility facilities.
