1513 RESTRICTIONS ON MOVEMENT AND STORAGE OF HEAVY LOADS AND EQUIPMENT The Contractor shall haul Materials and move and store E quipment in accordance with the Minnesota Highway Traffic Regulation Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 169 and applicable provisions of Minnesota Rules when using public Roads or completed Structures, base courses, and pavements within the Project that are open to traffic and becoming a part of the permanent improvement.
