1511 INSPECTION OF WORK The Engineer may inspect Materials and the Work. The Contractor shall provide the Engineer or the Engineer’s representative access to the Work, information, and assistance necessary to conduct a complete inspection. The Contractor shall notify the Engineer at least 24 hours before required inspections. The purpose of Department inspections is to determine whether the Work meets the requirements of the Contract.
