3102 SLAG CEMENT 3102.1 SCOPE Provide slag cement or “slag” Material for use in concrete applications. 3102.2 REQUIREMENTS Provide slag from the certified source listed on the APL, meeting the requirements of AASHTO M 302 Standard Specification for Slag Cement for Use in Concrete and Mortars.
