3149 GRANULAR MATERIAL 3149.1 SCOPE This Specification lists the requirements for granular Materials used for granular subbase, structural bedding, and backfill. 3149.2 REQUIREMENTS Provide certified granular Material meeting the specified requirements. Certify granular Materials on Form G&B-104. Provide Material that has similar appearance, texture, moisture content, and performance characteristics.
