3165 ASPHALT PRIMER FOR DAMPPROOFING AND WATERPROOFING 3165.1 SCOPE Provide asphalt primer for damp proofing and waterproofing concrete and masonry surfaces above or below ground level. 3165.2 REQUIREMENTS Provide asphalt primer meeting the requirements of ASTM D41, Standard Specification for Asphalt Primer Used in Roofing, Dampproofing, and Waterproofing. 3165.3 SAMPLING AND TESTING Provide samples at rates and sizes meeting the requirements of the Schedule of Materials Control or as required by the Contract.
