Do you need a permit?
North Las Vegas requires a permit for a fence.
Section 15.72.140.D.2 exempts fences not over six feet high from the building permit requirement. These exemptions waive the building permit only; separate plumbing, electrical and mechanical permits still apply to the exempted items unless otherwise exempted.
