Do you need a permit?
North Las Vegas requires a permit for a shed.
Section 15.72.140.D.1 waives the building permit for a detached single-story accessory building at a single family dwelling, such as a tool or storage shed, a playhouse or something comparable, where the floor area stops at 200 square feet. The waiver is limited to the building permit; plumbing, electrical and mechanical permits still apply to the exempted items unless separately exempted.
