Plan for approval a minimum of 30 calendar days before material placement. The onsite System Provider's Technical Representative is required to review and approve the plan. Deviation from the approved QC Plan will be cause for immediate suspension of operations. The QC Plan is to include key personnel, equipment, materials, mixing procedures, safety, proposed methods of installation and operation, and the following :
