714.17 Polypropylene Pipe :

For nominal pipe sizes of twelve ( 12) inches to sixty ( 60) inches dual wall pipe and fittings meet the requirements of ASTM 2881M or AASHTO M 330.

714.18 High Density Polyethylene Pipe, Steel Reinforced :

The pipe and fitti ngs of nominal sizes twelve ( 12) inch through sixty ( 60) inches shall conform to the requirements of AASHTO MP 20.

714.19 High Density Polyethylene Pipe, Profile Wall :

Corrugated polyethylene pipe shall be accordance with the following:

1.For nominal pipe sizes of three ( 3) to six (6) inches when perforations are required the pipe shall meet the requirements of AASH TO M 252 with class 2 perforations.
2.For nominal pipe sizes of three ( 3) to ten (10) inches when perforations are not required the pipe shall meet the requirements of AASHTO M 252 type “S” only.
3.For nominal pipe sizes of twelve ( 12) to sixty ( 60) inches the pipe shall meet the requirements of AASHTO M 294 type “S” or type “D” only.

714.20 Polyvinyl Chloride (Pvc) Underdrain Pipe :

Corrugated PVC underdrain pipe shal l conform to ASTM F949. Smooth -wall PVC underdrain pipe shall confirm to ASTM F758 or AASHTO M 278, Class PS 46. 714.21: Blank

714.22 Polyvinyl Chloride (Pvc) Pipe :

The pipe and fittings shall conform to the requirements of AASHTO M 278, ASTM D3034 or ASTM F949. 835 SECTION 715 MISCELLANEOUS MATERIALS 715.1 -CALCIUM CHLORIDE : The material shall conform to the requirements of ASTM D98. 715.2 -SODIUM CHLORIDE : The material shall conform to the requirements of ASTM D632. 715.3: Blank 715.4 -CONCRETE REPAIR MATERIALS : 715.4.1 -Cementitious and Polymer -Modified Materials for Concrete Repairs: Material to be used in concrete repair applications shall be tested through AASHTO’s National Transportation Evaluation Program (NTPEP) and meet the requirements in Table 715.4.1. In addition, they must remain current with NTPEP’s policy regarding periodic re -testing as requi red by the program. Product submittals shall include: a completed Form HL -468 (available on the WVDOH Materials Division Web Page), a copy of the technical data sheet, the current Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and the results of NTPEP testing. Any incomplete submittals will not be evaluated for inclusion on WVDOH approved list of concrete patching Materials.
