3814 EMERGENCY VEHICLE PRE-EMPTION EQUIPMENT 3814.1 SCOPE Provide Emergency Vehicle Preemption/Priority (EVP) Equipment for traffic control signal systems. 3814.2 REQUIREMENTS Use EVP systems and confirmatory indicator lights mounted on traffic control signal mast arms and traffic control signal pedestals.
