3310.2REQUIREMENTS
Provide shapes, plates, and bars for high-strength, low-alloy columbium-vanadium steel meeting the requirements of ASTM A709, Standard Specification for Seamless and Welded Ferritic/AusteniticS tainless Steel Pipe, Grade 50, and 3308, “General Requirements for Structural Steel.”
Provide sheet and strip for high-strength, low-alloy columbium-vanadium steel meeting the requirements of ASTM A1011, Standard Specification for Steel, Sheet and Strip, Hot-Rolled, Carbon, Structural, High-Strength Low-Alloy, High-Strength Low-Alloy with Improved Formability, and Ultra-High Strength, Grade 50 Class 1, and 3308, “General Requirements for Structural Steel.”
