804.2(h) 804.3(a) faster and sustained long- term plant growth. BSAs typically consist of organic material and nutrient sources combined with soil building , biost imulant , and stabilizing components. Use a BSA to promote plant growth and seed germination i f the Representative determines the soil to be visually deficient in soil organic matter or bioactivity . Provide a manufactured BSA blend according to Table C and Table D.

Table C BSA Composition Requirements Type of Component Component Materials Organic material components c onsist of a combination of two or more components for a minimum of 85% by weight of the BSA composition. Wood Bark Straw Flax Peat Mushroom manure Compost Sphagnum moss Other approved organic matter .
