961.2MATERIAL —ASTM D4505 . When required, provide compatible “adhesive activator” or “primer
sealer,” as listed in Bulletin 15 or as recommended by the manufacturer.
961.3CONSTRUCTION —

Apply on dry pavement when the roadway temperature is greater than or equal to 60F, unless, unless otherwise directed. Apply according to the manufacturer's instructions. Provide applicator units, manual or automatic, capable of applying two parallel lines simultaneously with a 6-inch space between the lines.
