CONSTRUCTION
901.1DESCRIPTION —This work is the furnishing, installing, maintaining, and relocating of traffic control
devices. This work may include flagging and pilot car operation for guidance of traffic through the temporary traffic control zone and dust control.
901.2MATERIAL —Furnish material and traffic control devices necessary for maintenance and protection
of traffic, and as indicated on the TCP, according to Publication 2 12, Publication 213, and the MUTCD, and as follows:

• Shadow Vehicle. A truck equipped with a flashing or revolving yellow light according to Publication 212, Publication 213, and the MUTCD .
• Truck Mounted Impact Attenuator and/or Arrow Panel . Installed on the shadow vehicle, according to Publication 212, Publication 213, and the MUTCD .
• Adhesive. Section 966.2(c)

• Temporary Timing Adjustments to Existing Permanent Traffic Signal Controller . Section 958.2

Provide traffic line paint and glass beads or pavement marking tape as specified in Section 901.3(k) . All temporary traffic control devices must be listed in Bulletin 15. Provide Temporary Type III barricades as shown on the Standard Drawings or be listed in Bulletin 15 . Provide t emporary portable ‘H’ base and ‘X’ base signposts as shown on the Standard Drawings or be listed in Bulletin 15.
