Art. 1031.01 Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement 898 unacceptable material by weight of RAS, as defined in Bureau of Materials Policy Memorandum, “Reclaimed Asphalt Shingle (RAS) Sources”. RAS shall come from a facility source on the Department’s “Qualified Producer List of Certified Sources for Reclaimed Asphalt Shingles” where it shall be ground and processed to 100 percent passing the 3/8 in. (9.5 mm) sieve and 93 percent passing the #4 (4.75 mm) sieve based on a dry shake gradation.
