Art. 1102.01 Hot-Mix Asphalt Equipment 1132 (a) Requirements for All Plants. All HMA plants shall be according to the following. (1) General. The plant shall be approved before production begins. All HMA plants shall be capable of producing HMA within the specification tolerances for gradation and asphalt binder content.
