Work Zone Traffic Control Devices Art. 1106.02 1169 flexible or frangible material will not be permitted, except signs having a reflective sheeting face bonded to a durable plastic or fabric base will be permitted, (a) in work zones with posted speeds above 45 mph (70 km/hr) when workers are present to maintain the devices and (b) in all work zones having posted speeds of 45 mph (70 km/hr) or less.
