Pavement Marking Equipment Art. 1105.01 1165 Aluminum parts shall not be in contact with concrete. The steel pipe shall be clean, smooth, and shall have watertight connections. The steel pipe shall have sufficient thickness and weight to resist buoyancy when the pipe is not filled with concrete. The steel pipe shall be supported in a manner to allow for it to be raised or lowered rapidly.
